1. Who is Job Doctors International™?
Job Doctors International™ was birthed out of wanting to help those who, like myself, knew that hard work alone was not sufficient for success. The journey started with seeing C- Level executives not knowing how to get jobs and expanded to a foundational road map with the tactical steps necessary to maximize success for getting jobs, developing a career, or succeeding as an entrepreneur. This process has been applauded by top college honor societies, C-Level executives, universities, a world renown top executive coach, and clients.
2. What is Jobpreneurship™?
Jobpreneurship™ is our trademarked thought leadership that shows step by step how to develop ones self as a product, how to market ones self, and how to sell ones self. Most traditional models only focus on the latter half of the sales process. Jobpreneurship™ teaches clients how to learn to fish for life the way that companies get their jobs (clients, projects, and additional business). That is why it applies to not just getting a job (hiring is a buying decision) but also getting a promotion (another buying decision), or growing an entrepreneurial business (selling ones self to investors and clients).
What is Jobpreneurship™?
Jobpreneurship™ is our trademarked process of how insiders and businesses get jobs every day. It is a revolutionary look that turns traditional thinking on it’s head. Most people look at the job search from a gatekeeper’s perspective (HR and Recruiters) who focus on resumes and interviewing. Jobpreneurship™ includes the roadmap for personal development, marketing, and sales combined in a simple to understand model. In our process, a resume is a response to a RFP (job description) and an interview is a sales call. Both of these steps are at the end of a business sales and marketing process; not at the beginning which is what most people are being taught. In other words, we approach the job search process from the business decision maker and CEO perspective.

Jobpreneurship™ is how successful businesses, investors, and CEOs view what they want from prospective employees, suppliers, and investments. Traditional programs are usually limited by gate keepers who can show you how to go through gates or by tactical concepts but miss the strategic foundation for how business works. The Jobpreneurship™ process is the business methodology that applies from college through the CEO suite. The higher the level, the more situational consulting and sophistication is required.
4. What is Job Doctors International™ Coaching?
Job Doctors International™ (JDI) recognizes that understanding the paradigms and models is the first step to success. However, applying the paradigms and models requires a combination of mentoring, coaching, and consulting. We call our certification program consulting because it goes beyond traditional mentoring or coaching to actually helping you solve challenges that you discover or may not even be aware of happening.
5. What Can I Expect When Working with Job Doctors International™?
Job Doctors International™ (JDI) programs are primarily marketed directly or through Certified Job Doctors Consultants (CJDC). JDI is committed to excellence and has a CPE program, second level support, and quality control program for certified partners. Any client worldwide is encouraged to share concerns or suggestions to help us improve and keep our service quality high.
