How do Job Doctors provide Career Coaching? A personal Job Doctor coaching session includes 55 minutes either in person, over the phone, or on Skype. The session will focus on YOU, your wants, and your goals. You can ask for help with the strategic roadmap and tactical steps that insiders use or you can share your specific situation and get personalized strategies to help you move to the next level.
How many sessions will it take? It depends upon you, your situation, your challenges, and your goals. To help you faster, we offer public speaking, a free newsletter, and a free blog to share high level concepts that many have called revolutionary, but on target. We offer books and tapes to help you independently study the process and understand the roadmap. We offer seminars and webinars to help teach you more detail and begin applying the concepts within days. We offer testing and personal coaching to diagnose (identify options of where to start), treat (personally customize an approach, including innovative methods), and prevent or reduce landmines. You tell us what you are looking for and we will be on your team in the process. How long the process takes depends upon where you are, how willing you are to take the steps needed, and how much competition exists where you want to go.
What happens in a session? You will get the most of your sessions when you come prepared with your toughest challenges and questions – and are open to new ideas, strategies, and tactics. Each 55-minute session will be driven by your choice of what you wish to be covered or you can request us to work you through the Job Doctor process: Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention.
